Upcoming MSHA Deadlines

Quarterly 7000-2 reports are due January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15.

  • Quarterly report (Form 7000-2): due within 15 days after each calendar quarter ends (30 CFR 50.30).
  • Annual refresher training: at least 8 hours every 12 months for each miner (30 CFR 46.8).
  • Serious accident: call MSHA within 15 minutes (30 CFR 50.10) and file Form 7000-1 within ten working days (30 CFR 50.20).
